Necromunda N26

When spudWorks launched, we did not know at the time but we were close to the end of the Necromunda ’23 edition. To say that Necromunda ’26 came as a bit of a surprise would be an understatement but since it’s the game we’ve had the most fun with in a long, long time, it seemed worth it to explore as many nooks and corners as we could.

Obviously, this doesn’t comprised everything on spudWorks related to N26 as, currently, it’s the edition in play. But this does capture most of the thoughts on its launch and should provide a nice summary of thoughts for people looking to either jump into the game or, hopefully, come back to it.

Necromunda Newness

Been waiting for this for most of the summer and it finally showed up on the doorstep. A very in depth discussion of the new rules, systems, and gang lists.

Escher: N23 vs. N26

The first piece where Colin attempts to rebuild one of his favorite gang lists using the new rules and finds… not everything transfers cleanly over.

Orlocks: N23 vs. N26

Orlocks were Colin’s first gang so it seemed fitting they should be the next to explore the gang list for.

Hands On With N26

After several weeks of just reading and writing about the new edition, a game was finally played and here are some very detailed thoughts.

Ironhead Squats: N23 vs. N26

The first gang where it seemed like whole sections of the gear list were excised. But they were also the second newest release by GW…

Enforcers: N23 vs. N26

The most recent gang released by GW also saw the fewest number of changes in fighters and gear of the entire list.
